Detroit Sends:
SF/PF Jae Crowder $2.5 $2.5 $2.5 SG/SF Evan Fournier $3.3
Total: 5.8m
Portland Sends:
C Ivica Zubac $2.5 $2.5 $2.5 $2.5 2018 1st Round Draft Pick (Via Detroit) and the contracts of: Kyle Korver $2,600,000 Joakim Noah $500,000 JR Smith $500,000
Total: 6.1m
My reasoning for this is as follows: I am losing out on Jae Crowder, for the potential for Zubac. My prediction for the future (In a world that benefits me) Zubac gets way better and I have him on a 4 year contract while Crowder loses his starting spot to Jaylen Brown. Additionally, Fournier's contract expires at the end of the season and I did not plan on resigning him so I am okay letting him loose. If Zubac does not pan out, I still have the 1st round draft pick to make up for my bad decision. Heres to me predicting the future!

Ivica's got enormous potential and that's a great boon for my rebuilding Blazers. There's a potentially decent first round pick too. However, I think it's time for Portland to begin taking the next step in The Process: acquiring relatively experienced players to complement the developing blue chips. Crowder's a legit two-way forward for the Celtics and Fournier's the leading scorer for the Magic (and still only 24!). These guys are gonna be great supporting pieces.
I accept.
Waiving Sullinger to make way for Evan.

I accept.
Think the Pistons are getting a solid deal here, Zubac has looked pretty good, although his minutes are up and down, but he definitely has potential. Fournier is expiring, and Crowder is just a nice solid contributor. Plus the 1st round pick though, that is what swings it for me. But solid trade for all in general.

I accept.
I like this deal for the Pistons a lot. Zubac is a great high upside guy who I think should start for the Lakers sooner than later. Giving up Crowder and an expiring Fournier for him is a no-brainer, but also getting a 1st round pick? Crazy.
