I Accept.
The Kings are not ready to compete for a championship with its current roster. Gorgui Dieng provides a relatively young (26) asset on a great contract in exchange for an incredibly talented, yet aging Rondo (who is also on a great contract). Because of Dieng's ascendent status in the league, Rondo's descending status in the league, and in exchange for providing much needed short term cap relief, Sacramento will move a future 1st round pick (and receive a future 2nd) to Charlotte.
While a 1st seems like a steep price to get the deal done, Sacramento views Dieng as the best player in the trade and does not believe that its 2019 pick will be in the top 5.

I accept this trade. Looks good for both teams involved. I know I will be hoping for a Kings v Lakers final in 2019.

I accept. I'm a pretty big fan of Gorgui Dieng so a part of me prefers Sacramento's end of the deal, but that first could hold a lot of value depending on where Sacramento ends up in 2019.
