BOS Sends:
- Danilo Gallinari 8.00 8.00 8.00
BOS Receives:
- Pau Gasol 7.80 - Tyler Johnson 0.50 0.50 0.50 - .5 mil
MIN Sends:
- Pau Gasol 7.80 - Tyler Johnson 0.50 0.50 0.50 - .5 mil
MIN Receives:
-Danilo Gallinari
I think this trade makes sense for both of us. The positions swap of Gallinari and Gasol alone should help both of our teams out. To account for the difference in age and production Min sends over Johnson, who will help be plug the gaps in the guard position. The .5 mil makes it work salary wise.
I accept.

I don't really buy into the whole "injury prone" label most of the time, but I'll concede that Gallo is entirely likely going to spend a not insignificant portion of the next three seasons injured. But, maybe not? He's worth the money when he's healthy, and I'll take "maybe injured" over "definitely randomly rested." I have learned my lesson with Popovich.
I like Tyler Johnson. I think more than most of you guys do. But he really is a replacement level player that happens to be in a good situation right now. I'd hold if I wasn't swimming in guards, but he seems a fair price to get a good player on a reasonable contract out of Gasol.
I accept. I'm interested in seeing which direction Boston takes his team in as he has some solid young players, but is bringing in someone that is at the end of his career with Pau Gasol.
