Minnesota Sends
C/PF Gorgui Dieng 2.30 3.40
SG Rashad Vaughn 1.50 1.60 2.40 3.40
Houston Sends
PF/SF Mirza Teletovic 0.50 HOU 2018 1st
I think Rashad Vaughn will eventually live up to the hype, but I don't know if I think that's going to happen while he's on his current contract. I'm thinking of this as a re-do on that pick, and very hopefully in a higher position. Gives me another roster spot to play with while I wait, too.
Dieng is in line for plenty of minutes next season--either as a starter next to Towns or filling in for the 4 and 5 off of the bench. I don't think he'll perform much better than he did this year though, and Teletovic has shown this past season that he can produce at or above the level that Dieng does.

I accept. I think dieng will make a jump or at least stay where he's at, he's only been in the league for a few years and I hope thibs will bring the best out of him. As far as
Vaughn is cheap enough and young enough to take a chance on him. He's a promising young player who just needs minutes. As far as the pick and teletovic goes, I didn't give up much to get teletovic and I think my pick will be low, and I'd rather build my team throne free agency and trades vs the draft.
I accept.

I think I'd prefer the 2018 1st rounder but Dieng is a player who should only get better with a defense-first Thibodeau system.
I accept.

I think Dieng comes with a fair bit of risk. New coach, but if Thibs likes him it will be a great value contract.
Teletovic if he gets minutes should put up really great numbers, and that 1st round pick really can go either way depending on signings and trades, but overall nice trade by both teams.
I accept.

Dieng is a risk / reward situation, but may be worth it with Thibs development. The 2018 has a little more value at face, but the draft is the draft so the value could go either way in the end.
I accept.
