Timberwolves send:
SG/SF Justise Winslow 2.20 2.30 2.90 3.90
PG Jerian Grant 2.00 2.00 2.80 3.90
SG/PG Langston Galloway 1.20
Lakers Send:
PG Jrue Holiday 11.30
SG Kent Bazemore 0.50
2016 CHA 1st (#7)
In exchange for the promise of what Winslow and Grant will be over the next four years, I get to be a part of what I am hoping will be Jrue Holiday's (a 25 year-old former all-star in a contract year who won't have a minutes restriction for the first time in forever) magical comeback year. I'll also get a chance to see what Bazemore can do next year, wherever he lands, and replace some of the lost future roster with a lottery pick. This trade is a gamble for me, but one that could payoff at the end of the year. If it winds up costing me a re-sign next year, it'll mean I won the trade. Let the post-Melo Wolves era commence!

I accept, I am gaining a top young player in Grant and Winslow, Winslow will probably take over Whiteside's spot on the team and will earn more minutes. I also gain Grant a very promising PG/SG prospect for the Knicks who is suppose to see more playing time this year. I am losing #7 overall pick witch really doesn't matter to me because I have #3 , #8 and #12 overall pick. Jru is a very good player but his injury prone play scares me away from him, the fact that he ended the season being hurt just proves my point. Bazemore is a good player also but it really depends where he ends up next year. He had a big job with Atlanta and he might not have such a big job for another club. Adding 3 young promising players onto my young core of Clarkson , Russell , Porter , Harris , Turner , RHJ plus 3 more players after the draft will let me contend once again this year. My big problem last year was not having a good SF for my team with the addition of Winslow I will have a very good SF for years to come. I am also gaining 8.6 mill in cap space to make moves this off-season and next.

Lakers don't have to deal with re-signing Holiday and receive some solid young players. T-Wolves get a rather young former all-star as well as some other decent assets.
I accept.

Sorry to pass this trade so late. I think whoever Minnesota selects at #7 will ultimately determine the victor of this trade but I also think Holiday will be able to perform this upcoming season and return to his former all-star self.
I accept.
