That sounds good to me, so Exum, Jack, Williams and a my 2016 1st and portlands 2017 1st, Jack and Williams can be waived after this year. Williams is only .5 and Jack is 2.6 I have intentions of waiving JOe Johnson but I can throw him in if you want him. Utah will be sending over: - Exum
- Jarret Jack
- Derrick Williams
- Utah's 1st round pick (2016)
- Portlands 1st round pick (2017)
- Joe Johnson
Chicago will be giving up:

This trade will help me clear my roster of having too many players and relinquishes me from having to add rookies that I don't have room for. On top of that I get a Star player on a decent contract.
It gives Chicago Cap room and after this year of rose he will have a ton of CAP SPACE for 2017
I ACCEPT!

I accept! I get the potential for good young players with Exum and the draft picks as well as other players who are decent while also gaining a lot of cap space.

Chicago begins the rebuild process by trading a huge contract in Jimmy Butler while acquiring a potentially very high 2017 1st rounder and Dante Exum who will probably start for the Jazz at one of the guard positions next season.
Butler was the 20th best player in the league and he had a rough second half of the season after coming back from injury but his role and minutes should only increase.
Good trade for both teams. I accept.

Big contract, but star players are worth it.
In return Bulls get a couple of guys on cheap contracts to fill out the roster, and also basically 3 1st round picks if you count Exum as a 1st round pick since he hasn't really played much.
Good trading. I accept.
