I accept. This along with my other two rid me of any major contracts, give me young talent and prospects, and help me reboot a little bit.

I accept this trade, I get a great value in a budding player in Barton for 3 years on a team without a lot of scoring options. I also get a great pg in Lowry while giving up a 2nd round draft pick in a weaker draft. The 5.6 million helps absorb some of Lowry's contract.

I think I like this trade for Houston more than I do for Dallas. Kyle Lowry was just barely outside the top five in PGs this season by less than one fantasy point per game and Will "The Thrill" Barton put up 26 fantasy points per game out of nowhere, more than Chandler Parsons, DeMarre Carroll and Jabari Parker.
Teague is the younger point guard, Kaminsky might be getting heavy minutes next season with Al Jefferson's impending free-agency and that 2nd rounder is nice. Given the Mavericks roster, I think this trade makes sense for them and the Rockets.
I accept.

I accept.
Think it is good for both, would probably prefer to be getting the best player (Lowry), especially with question marks over Teague.
However, Kaminsky has looked good and Teague could return to form next season.
A nicely balanced trade, especially when you consider how badly Barton faded away towards the end of the season, but then again, so did most of Denver.
