Philly sends:
Tj Warren 4.4m Dewayne Dedmon 2.5m ---------------------------
Phoeny sends:
Al Horford 9m, 9m Delon Wright 1m, 1m, 1m.

I accept. Although I planned on re-signing Warren and I don't like trading a young player for an older player, Horford is still producing and has a role carved out in Boston, the extra year on Horfords contract is also nice.
Delon Wright is also solid, i'm excited to see what he can do as Lowry's huge/old ass ages.

I accept.
I'm over the 90m cap with 21m owed to Giannis, and LMA has proven impossible to move. I also don't particularly want to move him, since Kawhi is getting traded and I expect him to post close to 40 FPPG again, which is amazing.
Really only leaves Horford, who is turning 33 next season, to move outside my long-term, foundational players under 30. His production is around 29-30 FPPG, while TJ Warren hit 30 FPPG. You might argue Horfords production is going down while Warren's is going up, but I think Horford will hold up well -- it was only a modest YoY decline.
The Suns' forwards are a bit crowded, but Warren has been their 2nd best player all year and he's 25. He's worth a re-sign, as Philly stated (or at least certainly moreso than Evan Fournier). He might get traded, which is also fine to me. Boston's lineup is also getting more crowded with Hayward and Irving returning, and their young guys taking more minutes/usage, so I think it's even in that regard.
Philly wouldn't part with Warren without me including Delon Wright. I'm quite high on Delon, and he was great in crunch time in the playoffs, can guard multiple positions, and should get more time at PG as Lowry ages, and I have him on a great contract. That said, I extrapolated his playoff brilliance, and it came to 18.5 FPPG, similar to his regular season output. If his MPG increases from 20 to 25 minutes a game, it's still just 22 FPPG, which is nice for 1m but not a must hold. If he got to 30 minutes, then you're talking about a very nice 25 FPPG, but that's a theoretical scenario that seems like a big jump a bit further down the road and I'm in it to win now, so I think it's worth it to get Warren, who I can either keep for production at only 4.5m (half Horfords cost) or trade to a team looking for a nice re-sign.
Dedmon getting thrown in a great freebie, on a cheapo 2.5m deal. He averaged 27.5 FPPG in the last month of the season after being injured in the first half, and the 2.5m being an option gives me maximum flexibility to keep, trade, or waive him.
I think the trade works for both teams.
Philly has way more cap, and Horford and Delon are really solid, productive pieces on longer deals he has them locked up on, while I get under the cap with cheaper assets that give me more flexibility to keep as producers or trade.

I approve
I think this is a fair trade and when you consider the cap implications and also that Warren averaged ~30 FPPG, I think this is a good deal for both teams. Well done, gents! Win-win

I approve. Our dear commissioner highly values youth, but I take the Philly side of this all day. You could make the case that both Warren and Dedmon will be coming off the bench by the business end of the upcoming season. Meanwhile, it's entirely possible that Delon never pans out as a starter either, but he should be good for that contract, and Horford is on a deal so good we had to change the re-sign system because of it. Suns saves cap for sure, but there's a lot of offseason left before that matters and he could have got there by declining Valentine's option besides.
There's a lot of speculation in my assessment of this one, and surely there are outcomes that favor the Suns here, too. Still, I like Philly's chances of earning the win here far more.
