I think this trade alone is quite fair enough. Not sure whether it is better for the Bulls to have Paul or those picks, but I suppose you can re-sign Paul and try to sell him to a competitor next year.
Meanwhile 76ers gets lots of cap space to make some more moves, which will be dissected shortly be me.
