I agree to this trade. I can't keep Porter, and I need to get under the cap limit due to stupidly forgetting to set my lineup. So I am aware he is the best player in this deal, but he comes with the re-sign necessary caveat. Dion has been a Pelican legend who's jumper will always hang in the bleachers. As will the Bookworm.
Nevertheless, I get Bogdan who I have liked for a while, and a man who will hopefully get some meaningful minutes towards the end of the season. While taking a flyer on Hezonja, and Anderson can just keep being Anderson.

It's been a known quantity that Porter needed to be shipped before the deadline or be lost for nothing, but I thought NOLA would get a little better in return. Bogdan is good, great even on that contract, probably, but even after Hezonja gets declined this summer Anderson's money is still going to be hanging around. I suppose Pelicans gets players back who are producing more than Booker and Waiters are this year, too. I approve.

I understand why the Pelicans did this although it is unfortunate for them. Not quite sure what the Hornets are going to do with Porter Jr. considering it looks like is remaining 2 re-signs will be used on Victor Oladipo and Aaron Gordon but I'll leave that decision to him.
I accept
