Lakers Send:
Marcus Smart $4,500,000 $6,100,000 2018 MIN 1st 2018 DEN 2nd
Minnesota sheds $1.7 million for the 2017-18 season
I am gonna hate this trade in a couple of years when Juancho is tearing it up and I'm watching from over here. Gotta say, I was planning on him being in the rotation when I bought him though. Smart is a guy I'm sure is gonna give me a headache sometimes, but inconsistent as he is, he's a proven commodity that should round out my guard rotation these next couple of years.

I approve, I like how lyes is playing, I believe in Juan and I get my pick back while dumping two roster caps in the next off season with those two picks I drafted

Seems like a pretty decent trade by the Lakers to try and get their pick back.
I approve.

I approve.
It will be interesting to see what happens with Lyles when Millsap is back, and in future season whether he will have a big enough role to produce.
But overall I think he got a nice return for 2 years of Marcus Smart.
