Toronto sends Willie Cauley-Stein (2,400,000)(3,000,000)(4,100,000) Kelly Oubre Jr. (1,700,000)(2,700,000)(3,700,000) Norman Powell (8,500,000)(8,500,000)(8,500,000) 2018 1st Rounder VAN 2019 2nd Rounder Deyonta Davis Waived Contract (600,000)
Los Angeles sends Draymond Green (12,000,000)(12,000,000) DeMarre Carroll (2,000,000)(2,000,000)
Total Outgoing: 13,200,000 Total Incoming: 14,000,000
I had the opportunity to acquire another 35fpt+ player and I took it. Cauley-Stein will be missed as I believe he will be scoring 30fpts at some point in his career, but he was an asset I had to give up for this trade to go through. Oubre Jr. has a lot of potential but with Markieff Morris coming back, he is not going to be as productive as he was earlier in the season. My journey with Norman Powell finally comes to an end. I wish he could have been better and I still have high hopes for him but that contract is doing way too much damage now that I'm trying to compete.
Excited for the future of Toronto Raptors fantasy basketball!

I accept, I like Oubre / Cauley-Stein they are both young and looking good. I still think Powell can be a decent player in this league also that raps 2018 1st could be valuable

Man, how quickly the Lakers go from champion to rebuild. Pretty sure by the new year they will be back in compete mode I would be terrified of Norman Powells $8.5m contract. So I prefer the Raptors position on this, Green on a good deal for a few years, Carroll on the fantasy point friendly Nets. All for a 1st round pick which (can't believe I'm saying this) probably won't be in the top 8, Oubre Jr. WCS and one of the worst contracts around. Of course a glass half full kind of person such as the Lakers sees potential in Oubre (fair enough), WCS (I just am not sure about this guy), and Norman (also not sure). Either way, I approve.
