Thunder Send:
Russel Westbrook 17.8 Cameron Payne 1.4 1.4 2.2 3.1 2016 Second Rounder (#26) $3.5 million cash
Total Outgoing Salary: 15.7 (19.2 - 3.5 Cash)
Timberwolves Send: Andrew Wiggins 6.0 7.6 9.8 Bobby Portis 1.3 1.4 2.1 3 TJ Warren 2.1 3.2 4.4
Total Outgoing Salary: 9.4
The Thunder say goodbye to the reigning MVP. It was clear it would not be financially able to hold onto 2 of the top 5 players in the league, and I am excited about adding some quality young players to my roster. The potential of Wiggins is obvious, and i am excited at how he will grow under Thibs. As a Chicago fan i could not be more happy to pick up Bobby as he looks to expand his role in the Bulls front court. TJ Warren remains a major breakout candidate and I am willing to take the risk based on his contract and potential.

So this guy is on my team now: I needed a PG for my team, and he's the best. I am really excited for him to dunk on all of you. It was hard letting Wiggins walk. He's going to be all kinds of great. But the truth is he averaged less than 30 points last year, and even though he'll improve, there are a lot of levels of great below the rarified air Westbrook hurls himself through on a nightly basis. Additionally, I have managed to accumulate a wealth of talent at his positions. My strength in the 3-4-5 spots is really what allows me to let all three of these guys walk--I think they're all going to be good. But not only do I get Westbrook, I also get his buddy: Now my bench is gonna have a top-5 hypeman in the league, too! Plus, there is real risk that Westbrook dunks so hard his arms fall off the next time they face the Warriors, so it'll be nice to have his back-up around. Plus a late pick and some money!

The way you have total cap hit is a little confusing.
Can you make an incoming and outgoing for each teams salary, including the cash consideration?
Edit: Ok, cool.
On the trade side of things it would seem Minnesota gets the better end of the deal. OKC has their reasons for this though, and Andrew Wiggins obviously has a ton of upside, as well as Portis.
I accept.

I think this is one of the biggest trades in Basketball Guru yet! Russell Westbrook is the best fantasy basketball player in the league and should be for the next few years. I don't think this is a lopsided trade, Wiggins under the guidance of coach Tom Thibbedou and Portis are great players.
Anytime a superstar like Westbrook is traded then no matter what the team is acquiring in exchange, it is going to look lopsided. I also think anytime you are offered the opportunity to get a superstar, you take it.
I'm a bit confused as to why Oklahoma doesn't think they can hold on to Westbrook and Durant. Even if they demanded $25m each, you would have $12m to resign Ibaka, Valanciunas or Schroder.
Big get for Minnesota and a Vucevic-KAT-Westbrook lineup is going to be scary next season.
I accept. Good deal fellas'.

Pretty solid deal. Can't believe it is Westbrook and Payne who has shown some real promise as a young PG in the league. Good trading Wolves!
I accept.

Westbrook is a great player, but having him as well as Durant along with our pre-existing contracts made our financial flexibility very hard to manage. By making this move, we are planning on setting our team up for a longer term, and give us some more flexibility with our roster. Although loosing Westbrook is a huge blow, we feel this was the move which made us have the most freedom and flexibility, while giving us the best return.
